I am proud to be at the age I am, for I have learned valuable lessons and gained good helpings of wisdom. During different stages of life, we seem to be in a hurry to be the best, have the most and get to the “finish line” first. Personally, I see life through a different lens and I love the view. I am thankful for where I have been, even though there have been many challenges, what life worth living doesn’t have them! I am embracing the rest of my life slowly and gratefully enjoying the journey, knowing it was never intended to be a race.
