Over the weekend I had the honor of attending a Celebration of Life for a wonderful friend. The pastor reminded us of the full life this dear man had lived, and his children shared numerous stories of remembrances with their Dad. I came away knowing without a doubt in my heart this thought to be true. Life is full of wonderful, fun and colorful moments and even many, unforgettable! But unforgettable can be in our own backyards as long as we are making special memories with those we love. Those are the moments our families will remember when they celebrate us. So, ride the ferris wheel often, enjoy those ice cream cones, hold little hands as often as you can, make everything a big deal, even putting worms on a fishing pole and, end every day with I love you! Those simple times are indelible in their hearts.
