From Merriam Webster’s Dictionary, the definition of gatekeeper is one that controls the gate, one who controls access. As we travel or perhaps, just where we live, we see various examples of this…guard gated living communities, large corporations, and bridges all across the country, just to name a few. This past weekend, I was in awe of the majesty of San Francisco’s fog shrouded, Golden Gate Bridge. I was reminded of another gatekeeper, our eternal guardian, our Heavenly Father. I am comforted knowing His presence is with us, and those we love always, and He is the loving watchtower of our souls.
