To have good health is the greatest of all blessings, and one we must never take for granted. In just under two weeks I will travel to New York City to participate in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.  Here, I will walk  forty miles, rain or shine, in honor of my mother, my aunt and many dear friends of mine and others, who have lost their fight to this disease. My heart is full of gratitude to so many friends and family who have generously donated to this wonderful cause, supporting me on this amazing  journey to help make a difference.  This week I invite you to share with your family and friends about this Walk and invite them to read my web page.  The following is my link:    If we all share of ourselves in some way, together we can make a difference, to whatever cause is most dear to us.  It is my hope and prayer that this will happen.

In closing, I want you to remember that if there is someone you would like me to carry in my heart as I walk, who is either a survivor or currently fighting this disease, or whose memory you cherish and celebrate, please write me a note.  It would be my great honor to share this walk with them.

With love and gratitude,
