I have been thinking a lot lately about the subject of grace, and what it means to me, in my life. I am aware of the tender mercies our loving Father in Heaven bestows upon us during different times in our lives, and I am most grateful for those of my own. Words from Pastor Rick Warren bring great comfort regarding the promise of God’s grace…”What gives me the most hope every day is God’s grace; knowing that his Grace is going to give me the strength for whatever I face, knowing that nothing is a surprise to God.” And, that gift of grace is full of his light and love. It is easy to see it in another’s eyes and in their countenance. Recently, I came upon an anonymous quote and I believe it illuminates the beauty of grace. “In the end, only three things matter…how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.”
