Did you know that in the 1800’s Alexander Graham Bell, the inventor of the telephone coined the phrase, “when one door closes, another one opens?” This phrase has become a mantra of hope and comfort over the years for many of us. I was reminded many years ago going through some trying times, not to fixate on the closed opportunity as I would miss others that would come along. I know that is true now, and that we must show patience while we wait and faith in what comes our way. Over recent years I have chosen to see a closed door as “something” in life that was not meant for me for any number of reasons. And, more times than not I see the blessing in the outcome as well. For all of us, I believe it is God’s way of bringing us what He had in mind all along.

Have a beautiful week!

Love,

Ann
